Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and support. For hot classes, please bring a towel to manage sweat and enhance grip. Water is always recommended to stay hydrated. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if
preferred.
Not at all! All of our classes are designed to welcome beginners while still challenging experienced clients. Our instructors will offer modifications to suit your level.
Our heated studio is kept between 90–95°F — warm enough to enhance flexibility and sweat without being overwhelming. Expect a powerful, detoxifying experience.
Yes — especially with our Reformer and Cadillac options, which provide extra support and customization. Always consult your doctor first, and let your instructor know about any injuries.
We recommend 2–3 times a week for consistent progress. With regular attendance, most
clients begin to notice increased strength, flexibility, and energy within just a few weeks. Listen to your body and
